Blueberry Bliss Smoothie

What's better than starting a hot summer's day with a cold berry smoothie? Not much, I say! This recipe combines all of my favourite things - blueberries, almond butter, almond milk and Medjool dates, and transforms them in to smoothie heaven! 

Serves 1.


1 cup of frozen berries (you can use fresh berries but use additional ice to make the smoothie cold)

2 tablespoons of almond butter

1 cup of almond milk 

1 Medjool date, sliced (more if you like additional sweetness, as the blueberries themselves can be a little tart)



Combine all ingredients in a high-powered blender and blend. Drink immediately!
