Super duper green smoothie
Want the easiest way to incorporate more greens into your day? Blend them!
This smoothie offers the best of all flavours: smooth, creamy and a tad sweet, but choc full of plant-based protein and good fats.
Whip this up before your morning workout and you'll be good to go!
2 cups of mixed greens (I use kale, baby spinach and sometimes collard greens)
1/2 ripe avocado
1 tbs of hemp seeds
1 cup of coconut water
(If you have a sweet tooth, add one Medjool date. I find that the coconut water is sweet enough for me.)
Combine all ingredients in a high-powered blender and blend. Drink immediately!
