Grilled Garlic & Sesame Broccolini
For many people, gulping down a big bunch of broccoli isn't the most appealing thoughts. Although I love broccoli, I am intimately aware that many people sadly don't. That's why you have to dress it up!
This recipe takes under 10 minutes, and the result is a fresh, crunchy and flavoursome side to any Asian-dish.
1 bunch of broccolini, ends trimmed
1 clove of garlic, smashed and chopped finely
2 tbs of sesame oil
1/2 fresh chilli (if desired)
Set a grill or griddle to high heat.
In a bowl, drizzle sesame oil over broccolini and toss with hands to coat.
Grill broccolini over hot grill, turning occasionally until charred on all sides.
Remove from heat. Top with fresh garlic, chilli (if using) sea salt and drizzle with a little more sesame oil if desired.
