Why not try to abstain from dessert for a whole week or to not drink alcohol again until the weekend. Have you not hit the gym in a while? How about committing to a seven-day workout plan, trying different exercising that you have always wanted to try.
Maybe your goal is not health or fitness related at all. This week, why don’t you make plans to catch up with a friend you haven’t seen in a while or reach out to family members that you have lost touch with. Maybe you want to do something nice for a stranger, cook a new meal or try a new cuisine. Perhaps your goal is as simple as trying a new vegetable.
