Sarah is one of my idols, and one of the first strong voices to pioneer the theory that eating sugar, not fat, is what makes us pack on the pounds.
Cutting sugar from my diet completely changed my tastebuds, stopped my sweet cravings, and allowed me to feel the best I have ever felt. It is something that I strongly believe in as the way to achieving optimum health and wellness.
