Almond Butter Banana Smoothie
My daily smoothie. This is like dessert in a glass. For a delicious twist, chop up and freeze some very ripe bananas to use instead of fresh bananas. The result is "nana ice cream". What could be better than dessert for breakfast?!

Coconut & Chia Bircher Muesli
The perfect (low fructose) version of this popular Australian breakfast staple. Chia seeds, gluten-free oats, coconut water and cinnamon combine in a heavenly partnership. Top with almond butter and you will be floating out the door.

Apple Cinnamon Scones
A delightful, gluten-free take on the original. Eat plain or grilled and smothered with almond butter!

No recipe needed. Grab half an avocado, mash it in a bowl, add some sea salt, a touch of olive oil and spread thickly on toast of your choice. Top with fresh chives and season with cracked pepper. Bliss!
