The way we think about and consume food, by slowing down and savouring each bite; encouraging connection through food; strengthening our communities by supporting local farmers and food producers; and returning joy to the art of eating.
The way food is produced on a commercial scale, by encouraging awareness of where our food comes from, how it is grown, harvested, raised, slaughtered, processed and prepared; and advocating a mass shift away from packaged foods, returning our focus and dollars to real food, that which is grown in nature.
