Last week, I wrote about my struggles with too much exercise and having an unhealthy and excessive focus on eating healthy food, and the effects both of these have had on my body. If you missed the post, you can catch up on it here: http://www.lucytravers.com/new-blog-1/2017/8/11/why-i-stopped-exercising-starting-eating-more
To say I received an overwhelming amount of love and support following my penning of that post would be an understatement. Not only did people offer their words of encouragement, an incredible amount of women reached out who have or are currently experiencing the same thing.
There are so many of us who sweep this issue under the carpet, not reaching out, and feeling isolated as a result. We are afraid to talk about this, fearful of being judged, or feeling abnormal.
I write this post as I want to help all of you out there to work through what is such a commonplace issue, and assist you to once again regain your health. As a certified Health Coach, and having gone through the pain of amenorrhea myself, I am reaching out to you to offer my support and coaching throughout your journey back to health.
If you are looking for support and encouragement to help you through this and get your body back and functioning as it should, I would love to hear from you. You can reach me at email@example.com and we can work through an approach that is best for your individual needs.
With much love,
